I was born in Lisbon on the 25th of November 1996, and it was under the light of the Portuguese capital that I grew up and spent most of my days. The word “photography” means “to write with light”. So, maybe it was this same light that has influenced me, from an early age, to use the camera to describe what I see in images. After studying psychology at ISPA, I realized that it was as a photographer that I wanted to build a career. Focusing more and more on photography of spaces, architecture and interiors, I always try to print my expression in the images I create, whether through composition, detail or the balance between light and shadow.
Nasci em Lisboa no dia 25 novembro de 1996, e foi sobre a luz da capital portuguesa que cresci e passei a maior parte dos meus dias.
A palavra “fotografia” significa “escrever com luz”. Sendo assim, talvez tenha sido esta mesma linha que me tem vindo a influenciar, desde cedo, a usar a máquina para descrever o que vejo em imagens.
Depois de ter estudado psicologia no ISPA, percebi que era como fotógrafo que queria construir carreira.
Tendo cada vez mais foco na fotografia de espaços, arquitetura e de interiores, procuro sempre imprimir a minha expressão nas imagens que crio, seja através da composição, do pormenor ou do balanço entre a luz e a sombra.
